New to Overcoming MS?

Our quick guide to getting started

If you or someone you care about has been diagnosed with MS, we are here to tell you that there is hope. You can live a full life with MS. Exactly what that looks like will vary from person to person, as specific outcomes depend on factors such as your starting point, your risk factors, and your type of MS. Each person may “overcome” MS in their own way, for example through mental and/or physical improvements, a greater feeling of hope, empowerment and purpose, and the positive benefits from being connected to others in the MS community. Studies show that lifestyle habits make a significant difference to people with multiple sclerosis, and thousands have benefited mentally and/or physically as a result of making lifestyle changes through this Program.

Although a cure for MS isn’t yet available, Overcoming MS is about living your best life after an MS diagnosis.

If you’d like to take control of your wellbeing, read on to get started.

“Overcoming MS was my light in the darkness, giving me realistic hope and a path to follow.  It has made an enormous difference to my physical and mental well-being, and I have no hesitation recommending it to anyone living with MS”.
Dr Jonathan White, member of the Overcoming MS community.
