Join Dr Véronique Gauthier-Simmons in March 2024 for physical activity sessions aiming to improve range of motion, strength and flexibility and is a blend of yoga, Pilates and general fitness. This month’s theme is ‘Managing energy’.
Physical activity to increase energy: People who do regular physical activity have more energy. Intensity, duration and types of movements are all important factors to take into account. Join Veronique for a session based on yoga, Pilates and breathwork specifically focused on improving energy.
Props: Mat OR chair (I will give options to practice on a chair), soft belt or elastic band.
Before you start make sure you are well hydrated and have some water nearby. Make sure you are safe when attempting any movements – don’t try to attempt any movement if in doubt.

You will hear from inspiring community members and engaging speakers as we bring the Overcoming MS Program to life. The event provides a unique opportunity to connect, learn and share stories of hope with other people living with MS.
We are also thrilled to announce that we will be livestreaming all the talks at the event on the Overcoming MS app, the Live Well Hub. So, if you can’t make it in person, make sure you haver joined so you don’t miss out.
Do you support the Overcoming MS charity and the community as a volunteer or as an Ambassador? We are delighted to announce the launch of our Mini Pathway to Overcoming MS course, the perfect way to upskill your knowledge of the Program and to support people to live well with MS.
This three week course will bring the Overcoming MS Program to life, led by our panel of experts Dr Jonathan White, Yasmin Neves, Laura Crowder, Kim Venter and Heather O’Neil. Each week will be an open discussion covering the key pillars of stress management, physical activity, change your life for life, medication, vitamin D, diet and family health.
